”I have been biting my nails and cuticles for as long as I can remember. My fingers were always red raw and quite often bleeding. The few times I had managed to stop biting them lasted about a month and back I would go, tearing them apart. It felt big, like it was impossible to stop - I was a nail biter and would be forever.
